2 hours later.... Finally got a hold of someone who actually listened, she saw that they only issued the refund for the washer not the 400 dryer and the other parts (the $30 cord, $20 hose and $25 vent.). She emailed them. They are supposed to call me back by Monday because of course the email was sent on Friday they have 24 business hours to call you back and no one works on Saturday.......

These people are some of the most incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

I paid for installation ($329) that never happened. I paid for haul away of our old dryer and it never happened. They dropped a new dryer off, never installed, even though I paid for it, won't schedule an installation date, I called them and said to take the new dryer back and refund me and they simply stop responding to me.

They have screwed up along every step of the way when we ordered a new dryer from them. They have charged me for services that never came. When pressed, they literally hang up the phone.

We literally are not sure what to do, since we have an old broken dryer, new uninstalled dryer, paid for installation that didn't happen, and paid for a haul away that didn't happen.

I called them because Sears had a good reputation. I walked away knowing I will never call Sears again for anything, and I will discourage anyone I know from ever working with Sears.

I paid for a washer and dryer. The delivery guys damaged my home. They never installed the appliances. I asked them to pick them up and it has been over 10 days and still have not received a refund or had someone come to the house and look at the damages. This is a living nightmare. Don't buy from this store.

Sales Assoc, was excellent, know the appliances well, very helpful with warranty, info and very helpful with my grandmother's purchase of a new refrigerator for our family , Laura Nardone, Hanson, Mass.

WORTH THE READ::: Had a terrible experience at sears. I am a sales manager in retail and i am appauled at the behavior of multiple sales associates especially one in particular named sue. I walked by 5 (i counted) associates who watched me walk back and forth looking for pillows and not one asked me if i needed help but instead stood there looking miserable. Finally i found them and contnued to search for a register with an associate at it.not sure where the miserable looking 5 of them went. Finally i end up in lawn and garden and SUE was rudely telling a customer that she is not stupid and she knows that the customer did not get a certain product from their store and then denies the customer when she asked to speak to a manager. Then sue walked away to put something back on the shelf instead of ringing me in when she came back she said "ugh now i have to ring in pillows which i do not sell! Do you know that you walked by registers over there?" I told her no one was over there and she says "they should be and you walked by a bunch of other registers that could of rang you in" when i told her there was literally not one associate to help she sighed and said she just doesnt like when people tell her she is wrong. I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT IF I DIDNT HAVE A GIFT CARD. I would remove this associate from the floor immediately and have her reevaluate her incredibly poor customer service skills. I will not shop here ever again and i wouldnt tell anyone too. Convenient theres no spot for reviews on their website only for online orders. Hmm.

Update 9/8/2017 It is over a month since I asked for a refund. They have written the correct address finally in their computer but are still sending to the wrong address because somehow they think Massachusetts is abbreviated ME (Maine) they are also issuing the check for the wrong amount $500 less than it should be. Tried to email back was sent from a no reply email address. I called customer service just 5 minutes ago and was told there is no supervisor available to help me right now. The nightmare continues. This is like buying from some disreputable business. If I could put 0 stars here I would .......
