Ugh! Not going back! Spent countless phone calls trying to get my money back for fabric I ordered (for an out of state client )that they called to tell me after 4 days was discontinued and they would credit my account. Had a follow up phone call with associate to again ask them to credit my account so I could purchase elsewhere. Time was important as this was a staging job! when I then found the fabric on line and ordered it a few days later calico called me to tell me that the fabric had been delivered to my client. what !!????? And that if I had ordered from someone else I had to get my client to mail it back to them if I wanted my money back!! Really!!?? 2 yards of sunbrella??!!! Really!! Need better oversight and decision making!
