Chad and Ian were so warm and welcoming!!! My kids and I dropped into Salt Shack Crossfit during a holiday trip, and were so happy to find this box. Great community on a Saturday morning, and Chad went out of his way to help my son with some technique pointers. Awesome place, fantastic coaches, friendly members...definitely a Crossfit box to frequent or drop in when in the area.
