The gentleman, Michael helped us was knowledgeable, very kind and helpful. He obviously knew his stuff and went out of his way to help us get a mattress that we loved.
Joe was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Not a high pressure experience. Plenty of time allotted to ask questions and to try out different products to make an appropriate mattress, frame and pillow selection. A few nice coupon discounts also helped!
