The Hanover UHAUL does not understand the concept of customer service. I signed up on line for a storage unit where I gave all my pertinent information including credit card details. They close at 5:00 PM and I arrived at 4:45 PM and was told that they could not process my request because it takes too long! Interestingly, the Weymouth location processed my storage request for another application several days ago in about 5 minutes. I will, needless to say, never do business with this location. It reflects very badly on the whole UHAUL organization.
I reserved my 5x8 trailer a month ago... got an email and text confirming the order so I called them up and they seemed clueless. Got another email confirming and then they called me to confirm I would be there. Then got another email saying they did not have the equipment at hanover and I'd have to drive to Weymouth to pick up the trailer. When I called Hanover the woman on the phone seemed like she could have cared less and actually made it seem like it was my issue not hers.... never again will I rent from these people.
