We had a wonderful experience with Eldred Wheeler! We bought a bookcase and computer writing desk in Tiger Maple, and they are gorgeous. We are looking forward to the upcoming delivery of our new bed! It is hard to find high-quality, handcrafted furniture these days, so we are quite impressed by this company. The fact their furniture is made in the United States was another important factor in our decision to purchase from them. Highly recommended!
Exceptional quality and attention to detail--made just like the 18th century originals. Even the areas that are not visible are perfect. They seemed to even use the correct square nails where appropriate. We could not be happier with the three items of furniture we ordered.
Do not purchase anything on line from this company! I gave a deposit for an in stock item 5.5 months ago and continue to get the run around regarding a delivery date. Customer service is horrible. Phones go straight to recordings saying the person is unavailable. I have been told email was "down" when the response time was delayed. I honestly am wondering if they are really even still in business. If I could give zero stars I would. So disappointing!
