Bad service. Bad food. Staff not listening. Bad all around experience.
we had alexis for our waitress. at first i thought she was nice. but as we progressed further into our meal, she was rushing us the whole time. and she was keeping asking if we were done, when clearly we weren’t. as we were eating our dessert, she had us the check and asked if we were paying with cash or a card because she “ wanted to go on break” she clearly wanted to get out of here and i really don’t recommend this place.
Prices were good. Food was good but waitress never gave us utensils or napkins.
It's alright and the food is good. I wish the adult menu wasn't so plain. They need to have fun with it and really put life back into their business. People grew up with that store and they need to appeal to that by offering more adult versions of the kids food in a way that's fun but not treating adults like children. Just like, it's hard to explain but like having an option with mac and cheese or even like crazy burgers would be good. Like even doing a sandwich with mac and cheese or mozzarella sticks in it or something crazy like it. Good place, good food, just needs some life put into it. Also positioning for the fries is sub par.
Love Friendly's. Reminds me of my childhood, coming to get ice cream. Nice memories.
