My dog was rejected grooming because of growling which is ridiculous. They are also terrible at keeping their records organized because i have taken my other dog and they claim not to have their papers for their shots even though I had brought it in earlier that month. Place should be under new management!
I thought ear cleaning was part of the grooming session. Apparently, it's not.

I was generally satisfied however not blown away. The prices could be lower but the employees are very nice. One of the employees is difficult, I heard her being very rude to the guy working in the hamster department telling him to do other things while he was talking to my daughter about getting a hamster. I highly recommend Cody for any fish questions and Brandi did a great job training my puppy Willie
Pet grooming is great. Store items always seem a little overpriced, but great selection.
