Went in for a new phone today. The employees were approved very nice and helpful. It was annoying because the process took almost three hours. Definitely felt like time could have been managed better, but the person who helped me was very thorough and explained everything.
i ended up with ascessory that she picked out not even mentioning I had store credit $200
Workers in this store do not know what they are talking about. Go elsewhere
Guess what she never called. Stay away from sale rep Sheri she does not care.
Oh no as it turns out I paid for those 4 ascessorys.
She never once mentioned I had to pay for them.
The fact she did not even mention anything about this. Blew me away. I went back to the store the next day she was not available I told the store attendant I was upset and would like an apology and I would be happy.

Terrible customer service in this store. Went in to buy a new iPhone 7plus and waited and waited. Conor helped someone who came in after I did - obviously knew him - then when he finished with him he walked in back room totally ignoring me and he was told I was next and did this anyway. Obviously not wanting the sale. Been with at&t for 15 years plus - verizon wireless is looking much better. Hopefully they know how to treat their customers better. Stay away from this store Really BAD customer service. I walked out the door. Will go elsewhere now
SO RUDE! Went in the store to have my new phone activated on 9/23/17 around 5pm, the first girl that walked up to help me was so rude then walked away from me and went into the back room and someone else came me. She was equally as rude, actually sighing that she had to help me. Rolled her eyes and was super rude. NEVER go to this store. I’m actually considering going to another carrier now and I’ve been with at&t for almost 20 years. Disgraceful!!!
Well 30 minutes to transfer she never mentioned it was not free, even when I signed my old phone over to at&t
I just want people to know what to expect when your buy a new phone and turn another in for credit. I purchase a new Samsung 8s and while we were waiting for my info to transfer to my new phone Sheri my sales rep says here are some goodoe that come with the 8s 4 different items in all. I thinking cool nice deal
