So my boyfriend bought a car here in July. Two days after getting it, the fuel pump exploded and we had to fight Dave Delaney's to fix it (their customer service was terrible, and one of their employees called me a bit*h). We mentioned MA Lemon Laws, and the employees said that Lemon Laws are not important in the used car business.They "fixed" the car, or so we thought until last week the fuse box on the car caught on fire after a lazy repair man did not fix it properly. The fuse box was so messed up that the repair man fixing it said "What fuc*er would do this to a car?!" and even suggested my boyfriend consider suing seeing the car could have killed us if the fire was any larger. After my boyfriend called Dave Delaney’s and asked if they would do anything to fix this situation, they said they had "no record" or repairs and could not do anything to fix it. They scammed a poor, hardworking college student out of so much money and nearly killed him with an outrageously unsafe vehicle in the process. I would rather not have a car than come here to buy one, sleazy businessmen only focused on money money money!

I had a great experience here with both Mike in sales and Sarah in finance! It was a very painless and easy experience. I came across Columbia Motors while looking online for affordable, but relatively low-mile Jeep Wranglers in the area. I had a few options out there, but decided to visit here first because it was the best deal out there of what I had reviewed. I had an idea on what I wanted to get for a trade-in on my car, as well as what I was willing to pay for the car from Columbia if it was in very good condition (it was), so negotiating was painless and ultimately I got what I asked for- a fair deal. There were even a couple small cosmetic concerns with the car that I wanted addressed before I took it home, so Mike went out of his way to take care of it right there and then (I didn't have to leave the car and come back a week later for a small fix).

I cannot say enough good things about this business. They have an incredibly helpful and intelligent staff. One of the technicians came out and spoke directly to me to explain the work needed on my car. This business is very clean and even has a window for you to see the technicians working on your car! It also has a large comfortable waiting room with a television. I would recommend this service center to anyone that is looking for honest and reasonably priced work.

I've purchased cars in the past, however this was my first time financing, so that was a new experience. Sarah was very easy to work with, informative, and nice when discussing the options and process with me. I ended up getting a response on the loans within 10-minutes of submitting the forms, so there wasn't a lot of waiting around.

Overall, I showed up to the dealership, took a quick test drive, named a fair price, and drove away in a different car about an 1.5 hours after arriving. Incredibly fast and easy. Thanks Mike, Sarah and the rest of the team over at Columbia Motors!

Stay far away from these sleazes. Only care about money, not customers

Purchased vehicle from them and couldn't be happier with my 2007 jeep, even after I had a problem they took care of it for me. Dave Delaney is a very nice guy and won't screw you over. I love my car!

I am a relatively new customer however when I purchased a new car I wanted to find a certified repair shop in my area to ensure quality service. After looking into a few places I stumbled upon Columbia.

So you have no problem taking 3000 from a hard working mother and selling her a jetta that had a blown motor prior to her purchase (your techs suck at cleaning by the way), two weeks before the warranty expired the airbag light came on and she called you to set up a warranty repair and magically your new scan tool that scans airbags wouldnt be in until after the warranty expired and you wouldnt work with her. Now in the last day, where your techs cut the exhaust to do the motor swap, the pieces of pipe that were a shady repair from the get go, expanded so much that the exhaust rattled loose and now the jetta sounds like a damn tank. For a company that claims execptional customer service, it is exceptional, except when you need repairs done.
