I dislike buying cars. My husband sees it as a challenge and so there are hours spent dickering over options and prices. At Prime Buick this was not the case. Everyone here really made us feel like they were serving us and not talking just to make a sales quota. Their inventory is so large that they’ll most likely have the make and model you’re looking for with the options you want. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there for our next vehicle. Bait & Switch dealership that will email you a price and still not honor it when you arrive to buy the vehicle. After multiple phone calls and emails going over the vehicle cost and what was needed upfront I took the day off work to go in and purchase the vehicle. Upon arrival took the truck for a quick test drive, same truck I had been given the stock number too while discussing price. Then when it came down to goingbover price again they tell me I need to put down another $4,500 to get it to the monthly price we had agreed upon. I said I had emails from the salesman and had multiple conversations with him only to have the sales manager say someone made a mistake in communicating with me. After arguing for a bit they wouldn’t honor what they had offered as a price which is why I was in there in the first place. Don’t waste your time with them.
