This is all in addition to some smaller gripes: repairs taking several hours longer than initially promised, and a failure to wash my vehicle, even after several requests. I’ve been to many MB dealerships for service, in multiple states & countries, and have never seen anything like this. With so many dealerships in the wider Boston area, I strongly recommend avoiding this one. Instead, try MB of Burlington, or Flagship in Lynn. Both superior to this place.
Our experience at Mercedes of Hanover (Prime) was excellent. We purchased a 2018 GLE 350. The staff is friendly and easy going, knowledgeable and technically savvy. They've really gone out of their way to answer all our questions on various options and functionality of the vehicle. Mac processed our financial paperwork and set up the financing for us. He really went the extra mile to accommodate all our needs and made sure we leave extremely satisfied and super happy. What a joy! Five stars.
Mechanics are great, they know there stuff. So neat and clean in there. Wouldnt even know your at a shop. Give them a try..
Service Department is a fail. Damaged my vehicle while in their shop, then refused to provide payment to get a repair done - even after providing a written repair quote. They finally relented, but not unless first I signed a bizarre nondisclosure agreement, promising I won’t tell anyone what they did. Obviously, I didn’t sign it. (Know your rights). I paid out of pocket for my own repair, which they then, finally, reimbursed me for. Without apology.
Love the Mercedes Benz of Hanover, MA service department. They are prompt, courteous, and very efficient at getting you in and out. The service advisors and all the other staff are always welcoming and helpful. It's nice being treated like you are important -- and MB of Hanover goes out of their way to prove that. And, their pastries and coffee are a nice touch too. We have used them for our Sprinter 3500 van needs for years now and are happy we have them so close by.
